Sometimes, it’s not easy saving trees. Lately my mailbox has been flooded with credit card offers for me, my wife, and even my 6-year-old daughter. This, even though we’ve already opted out of unsolicited pre-screened credit card offers. The culprit? Our frequent flyer program memberships.
